True, you may lose weight soon, but I've read that after you're off the diet and begin to eat the carbs again, the weight will come right back. Also, you may be so excited to eat them again that you'll overdo it and possibly gain more than you lost. Low-fat carbohydrates is the way to go, and watch what you put on them. Bread and potatoes are wonderful for your body, but if you put butter and sour cream on them, then you have trouble. |
