Reply from carerra, Age 15 - 6/20/01 - IP#: 130.13.152.39during cheer when we have to shape up after summer we do these leg lifts...what you do is you stand up and raise your leg to a 90 degree angle( or as high as you can) and slowly bring it down but not all the way. do this on bolth legs. then to workout your inner thigh stand up and cross one leg over the other and lift it as high as it will go. your leg wont go so high on this one.
