There is a program called Overeater's Anonymous, which is a guaranteed success in weight loss. It's a pretty tough program, because you must give up all sweets and candy. But believe me, it's worth it! On OA, you eat only three square meals a day, full of veggies, fruits, proteins, etc. NO snacks. And the hardest part: give up all sweets! it's the only way it will work! Drink 8 glasses of water a day, it helps flush out fats and sodium. Exercise for about 20 min. per day. If you do it right, you can lose up to 5 pounds a week! I've done it, and I lost about 35 pounds in two months! Tough program, but it WORKS! |
